Returns & Refunds

Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
How to Return an Item
- Log into your account and go to My Orders
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click Request Return and follow the instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item using the provided return label or your preferred courier
Please include your order number inside the package for faster processing.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Card payments — refunded to your card within 5–10 business days
- PayPal — refunded to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made jewellery
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Sale items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and note your preferred replacement in the comments.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
