Delivery Options
We offer multiple delivery options across the United Kingdom to suit your needs.
- Standard Delivery — 5–7 business days. FREE on orders over £399, otherwise £49.
- Express Delivery — 2–3 business days. £99 flat rate. Available in select cities.
Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of being placed on business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email and SMS with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard or our order tracking page.
Delivery Areas
We deliver across the United Kingdom including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days. Remote areas (Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands) may take 1–2 additional business days.
Missed Deliveries
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If you are unavailable, they will contact you on your registered phone number. You can also request a reschedule by contacting our support team.
You can change the delivery address before the order is shipped. Once shipped, address changes are not possible. Please contact our customer support immediately with your order number if you need to update your address.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the delivery partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Shipping Restrictions
Some oversized items or bundled sets may have shipping restrictions to certain areas. You will be notified at checkout if any items in your cart cannot be shipped to your location.
